I am really, REALLY watching every single thing I put in my mouth this week (and forever) but one week at a time.
So what are some of your favorite things to eat, what are some things that really satisfy your cravings and make you feel good.
Blueberries and cheese are two of mine. Ofcourse those weight watchers Fugdge icecream bars are pretty good too!
