Are you feeling guilty for avoiding making a dentist appointment for just one more month because you hate going there so much? Hope that no one saw you pick your nose while you sat at the traffic light? Overcome with shame because, in your house, cleaning for guests just means shoving stuff into drawers and closets? Well don't be! Not Me! Monday was born out of my desire to admit some of my imperfections and reveal a few moments I'd rather forget. You may find it therapeutic to join in and do the same thing!
Head over to Mckmama's blog to see why everyone else isn't perfect!

I did not loose my voice, again during the 'Eer game. I also didn't tear up after the first half b/c I was so angry at the score.

I do not have a date on Tuesday night. I am not having mild panic attacksover it.

I did not spend all day yesterday in the outlets and casino, while I had tons of laundry to do. I would never procrastinate like that.

I am not debating on going to Cinnci for the away game. Even though I know it will be a really, really tough game.

I did not use 5 lysol sprays after my room mate got the swine flu.

I did not tell the lady in the department down the hall I would start going to the gym with her at 6 am, when I know very well I am not a morning person.

Oh and the best one today, I did not walk down to the vending mach. to get a twix (darn PMS) only to realize there was a bake sale going on. I did not buy the twix, eat it on my way back to the office, grab my wallet and head on down the bake sale. I wouldn't have bought a brownie only to eat it when I got back. That wouldn't make my lunch a brownie and a twix. I would NEVER do that ;)

  1. I see nothing wrong with a Brownie and a twix for lunch - IF that would have been what you had!

Have a great date tomorrow - can't wait to hear about it :)!

  3. Chocolate makes everything better. I don't blame you on the lysol. I'd've done the same thing. NOT. I'd have requested another room and a professional cleaning.

  4. Haha sounds like a great lunch to me! Good luck on your date :) When my wife and I went on our first date, she was so nervous that she couldn't get her silverware out of the napkin because her hands were shaking so bad! I think I started falling for her right then :)
