A computer question - any feedback would be great

Part of my job has somehow been that I transcribe (we don't have any office personal) our meeting notes, (but I guess it is since I am the only one that doesn't have her Ph.D.) but anyways - is there a program that will take my recorded notes and transcribe them for me? TIA
